You'll Be Floating on Air After Hearing Ben Affleck's Praise for "Superhuman" Jennifer Lopez

You'll be on the floor when you hear Ben Affleck gush about Jennifer Lopez.
The Air actor couldn't help but heap praise over his wife during his remote appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show April 21, saying, quite matter-of-factly, "This is the most gorgeous woman in the world. She looks spectacular."
Host Drew Barrymore responded, "I'm swooning. This is me living vicariously through romance and men appreciating women and all of it."
So what does J.Lo, 53, do to maintain her figure and seemingly ageless good looks? According to Ben, 50, not much.
"Let me tell you something that's gonna upset you. Jennifer just eats whatever she wants," the Oscar winner noted. "Whatever she wants. Pizza, cookies, ice cream, everything."
However, J.Lo's life, as a dancer-turned-actress and pop star, is anything but sedentary.
"She works out. I mean, I work out too. But I don't magically appear to be 20 years old," Ben said, adding, "The work ethic is real. The discipline is very real but also, the superhuman thing is real."
Jennifer has occasionally opened up about her lifestyle.
"Affirmations are so important," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2018. "'I am youthful and timeless.' I tell myself that every day, a few times a day. It sounds like clichéd bullshit, but it's not: Age is all in your mind. Look at Jane Fonda."
And while Jennifer may appear ageless, she's maintained it's all natural. In fact, in 2021 she refuted plastic surgery comments after an Instagram user told her she "definitely" has Botox.
"LOL that's just my face!!!" the Hustlers star wrote back. "For the 500 millionth time... I have never done Botox or any other injectables or surgery!! Just sayin'."
The JLO Beauty founder also added a bit of advice, noting, "Get you some JLO BEAUTY and feel beautiful in your skin!! And here is another JLO Beauty secret: try spending your time being more positive, kind and uplifting of others...don't spend your time trying to bring others down...that will keep you youthful and beautiful too!!!"
